What's The Hurry? - "No More Stuff" [Luke 12:13-21]

What's The Hurry?

"No More Stuff" [Luke 12:13-21]

In a response to an honest question from a man in a crowd regarding wealth, Jesus responded with "life does not consist in an abundance of possessions."

An abundance of stuff! If we are honest, really, all of us, we have a lot of stuff. Regardless of our economic status, our wealth 'class', we all have a lot of stuff! And as we continue in our series looking at the enemy of 'HURRY' in our lives, I would confidently wager a bet the abundance of possessions in our lives is one of the major draws on our limited time. And this goes far beyond just a better storage system and clean organizing! We need to discover Jesus' lifestyle of simplicity when it comes to the 'stuff' we have in our lives.
